Readings are booked upon receipt of payment.
I only accept payment via my online shop for e-mail, video, and phone readings.
Contact me if you would like to pay directly before the session for in-person readings. Cash and checks accepted.
By purchasing a reading from me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Terms & Conditions and Code of Ethics.
Refunds & Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum of 24 hours notice for a full refund.
Same-day and last minute cancellations forefit their payment.
I am happy to reschedule your appointment if you give me more than 24 hours notice.
If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, I will consider it cancelled.
If it is clear that I am not a good match for you as a tarot reader, I will gladly offer a full refund and refer you to someone more fitting.
Due to the personalized nature of email readings, I do not offer refunds.
Once you submit your payment for a reading I will notify you via email to confirm your order. This email will include any questions or clarifications necessary to get your question just right.
After the question has been decided upon, I will begin working on your reading.
I will send you a pdf with your reading within 3 business days for all readings (except Heart of the Matter readings which take 4 business days because of their length.)
In the rare case of an emergency, I will notify you via email if your reading is delayed.
Note: Please check your spams settings to ensure my messages and your reading end up safe and sound in your inbox!
Once you submit your payment I will contact you via email to schedule a time for your reading.
Reading are typically scheduled up to three weeks in advance.
Skype readings are subject to the same 24 hour cancellation policy noted above.
